JBR Welcomes Mr. James Adams - Contract Manager

JBR Resources, LLC is pleased to welcome Mr. James “Jim” Adams to the JBR Team as Contract Manager for our HR Solutions Studies & Analysis Contract.
Jim has over 33 years of progressive management and leadership experience. He is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and has served as a management consultant for over 15 years. He is a recognized authority within the Army on force management and transformation for Government organizations and has been intimately involved in the Army Transformation Campaign. He is a graduate of the Army’s Command and General Staff College and the Joint Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He has an undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research and Systems Analysis from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
