JBR Welcomes Mr. John Scotch - President

JBR Resources, LLC is pleased to welcome Mr. John Scotch to the JBR Team as President. Mr. Scotch has more than 25 years experience as a growth-oriented business strategist, leader and entrepreneur.
Prior to joining JBR, Mr. Scotch was Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Serco North America, where he provided strategy, leadership, and direction for more than 6,000 professionals. His leadership guided Serco to double digit organic growth while branding the company as a leading provider of IT, technology, professional and management services to the federal government. From 1998 to 2005, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Resource Consultants Inc. (RCI) where he developed corporate strategy and directed business capture and operations of RCI’s information technology, engineering, human strategies, and logistics business services. During this time he was personally responsible for achieving dynamic organic annual growth of more than 25%, a robust $700M contract backlog, a $2.0B proposal backlog, and a $5.3B pipeline of new opportunities.
