JBR implements High School Intern Program

In June, JBR initiated a Student Internship initiative in cooperation with the Carlisle Area School District Career and Technical Education Program.  This program allows student interns early dismissal from school to work for JBR Resources during the afternoon.  The program is part-time through the summer months and may continue into the 2011-12 school year.

 

JBR provided the school with an HR/Admin job description and students with a background and interest in the HR/Admin areas were encouraged to apply.   Students submitted a resume and were interviewed to determine their qualification for the program.  Morgan Frombaugh, a 2011-12 CHS senior was selected, and began her  internship on 13 June 2011.  After graduation next June, Morgan plans to attend Harrisburg Area Community College majoring in Business.  Welcome aboard Morgan!
