TRADOC Deployments to Ft Rucker Producing Results
Since April 2011, JBR Master Black Belts supporting U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) have spent two weeks a month at Fort Rucker, Alabama working on Performance Improvement Issues. Dave Stroupe, Larry Livingston, and Josh Kimber are serving as force-multipliers for TRADOC by conducting studies and analyses of numerous business systems, including working as part of the “Tiger Team” for General Crutchfield’s lead officer, Colonel John Lynch. Their efforts are producing improvements in student availability for aviation training – thus more fliers are available for Combatant Commanders down range. Dave, Larry, and Josh continue to engage their Lean Six Sigma experience and expertise as they work with the Army making the incredible capabilities provided by the service men and women at Fort Rucker even better.
