Employee Benefits for Full-Time Employees

Vacation (annual) and Sick Leave
Full-time employees accrue time off for vacation and sick leave.
 
Holidays
The Company observes ten Holidays throughout the calendar year.
 
Health Insurance
All full-time employees have the option to elect Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.   JBR Resources also has a Section 125 Health Insurance Plan. This Section 125 Plan also known as a “Premium-Conversion Plan”, deducts the employee portion of the company sponsored health insurance premium from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis. This includes Federal Taxes, State Tax, Local Tax, and FICA/Medicare.   
 
Simple IRA
JBR provides up to a 3% employer match.  SCA employees are not eligible for participation in the JBR Simple IRA program.
 
Company Life Insurance
We offer full-time employees Basic Life Insurance. Coverage is paid for by JBR.  It will become effective on the 15th of the first month following 30 days of employment with JBR.  
 
Tuition Assistance
JBR encourages employees to continue their professional growth and development by offering financial assistance for job-related courses or degrees.  Full-time employees are reimbursed upon successful completion of courses related to your professional field.
