JBR Resources LLC is committed to ensuring our services and products are of the highest quality and integrity. Our dedication is focused on ensuring quality best practices are implemented for each of our customers. The goal of our Quality System is to ensure that our products and services meet or exceed the specified requirements on schedule and at the agreed price. We will accomplish this by continuously improving the processes by which we deliver products and services. To ensure the continuation of high quality performance from our team members, we will utilize the American Society for Quality guidelines provided in ANSI/ASQ Q9004:2000 - Quality Management Systems: Guidelines for Performance Requirements. These are tailored to professional support services including: identifying quality requirements, establishing and monitoring quality performance, identifying training needs, and controlling quality data. Our experience and expectations of continuous process improvement extend to all of our business domains and to our administrative functions.

All staff assigned to the project will be trained on these processes and procedures, which provide the basis for judging the quality of products developed during contract performance, including:

  • Evaluating deliverables regarding requirement satisfaction, timeliness, and budget considerations
  • Suggesting areas and scope of audits
  • Implementing continuous improvements customer feedback and task order/contract progress
  • Monitoring SOW for consistency of deliverables as they relate to technology updates or customer change requirements
  • Maintaining records for measuring and reporting metrics; reporting results to the Program Manager
