U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Command (TRADOC):  JBR is providing Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (LSS) support for the U.S. Army TRADOC HQ at Ft Monroe and other locations as required.  Focus areas are:  1.  Business Transformation Strategy Framework;  2. Continuous Process Improvement (CPI);  3.  Organizational Analysis and Design and Situational Awareness.

U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM):    JBR is providing Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (LSS) consulting and training support to assist FORSCOM in achieving strategic Business Transformation goals.  We are also creating the conditions for institutionalizing and sustaining the LSS philosophy, approach, methods, techniques and tools as a standard way of solving problems.

Commander Navy Installations Command: Washington DC
JBR provides Program Management support for the Strategy and Future Requirements Office and Financial and Budget Management support for the Comptroller.

Naval Supply System Command: Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
JBR provides Technical and Administrative Support to the Total Force Integration Division, Personnel Development Team.

Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Distribution Center: Susquehanna, Pennsylvania
JBR provided contract management and oversight for the Information Technology Office.
